If Customer ABC is always charged $50.00 for freight, the charge for freight can be assigned to Customer ABC and every order created for customer ABC will automatically add a charge for a flat rate of $50.00. Furthermore, the automatic charges add-on gives you the ability to automatically add charges to an item for a specific customer or vendor. For example, it can be set up so that every time a sales order is created to company ABC for item 1000, a $20 charge is added to the sales order automatically.
